GovLab Senior Fellow Spotlights CrowdLaw Manifesto in New Article for El País

In a new article written for the Spanish national newspaper El País, GovLab Senior Fellow Victoria Alsina describes GovLab’s recently launched CrowdLaw Manifesto – a set of 12 principles which she defines as, “a call to action that aims to encourage the institutionalization of new mechanisms that allow the use of collective intelligence to improve the quality of laws and policies produced around the world.”

The article was published in conjunction with the United Nations’ annual International Day of Democracy, which was celebrated on September 15, 2018.
