#Data4COVID19 is a series of projects to identify, collect, and analyze the value data can provide to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

## Background

The COVID-19 pandemic is an economic, political, cultural human tragedy without parallel in our recent history. In March 2020, The GovLab put forth a Call for Action outlining seven actions needed to make data collaboration systematic, sustainable and responsible to tackle pandemics and other dynamic societal and environmental threats.
